Please read through my ToS carefully. By commissioning me, you agreed to your desired character to be drawn in my style.
I have the right to refuse any commission if it violates my ToS or if I think the request is not within my ability.
No NFT or AI use


PAYMENTS
Payment taken upfront unless you have worked something out with me.


REVISIONS / ADJUSTMENTS
I will make requested adjustments to the piece during the initial sketching phase to the best of my abilities. After the initial sketch phase, I will only do minor adjustments to the piece. Anything that drastically changes the established sketch I will consider major adjustments and will incur additional fees. (10EUR each)


DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
• ETA 7~25 days, depends on queue, complexity and irl circumstances. Any delay will be informed
• Will be sent a permanent Google Drive link to the commission files if asked or if touch ups had to be made after the request is done.


COMMERCIAL USE
Commissions for commercial use will have a fee of 10 EUR up to 1.5x the original price for illustrations if it will be used on monetized platforms such as Youtube and Twitch (i.e. Base Commission Price 50 EUR + Commercial Fee 10 EUR = Total Price 60 EUR). Emotes and PNGTubers by default are counted for commercial use so the price will not change.

USE
Personal commission: profile pics, personal prints, roleplay, wallpaper, etc. Feel free to use it as long there is no profit being made.
Commercial commission:
Content use, streaming, etc.


INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
• You are free to use the art however you want within personal and streaming rights.
• Please use credit at least once.
• You cannot use it for mass producing merchandise to sell.
• You cannot claim the art as your own.
• You cannot use the art for AI uses.
• You cannot use the art for NFTs.
• You cannot trace over the art.


REFUNDS
Refunds available if I have declined your commission request and payment is already made
